Special price for learner drivers

Every learner driver is a student driver; therefore there is no difference in price

When you see a product or service advertised as a discount it might be wise to use caution,
What is the real price in the first place and how can it be discounted unless the product is less the quality in value of the real product

Also as a service when advertised as a discount, is the service compromised? Either by time or quality of service

The operator may reduce a product or service in price and the operator will bear the loss by giving value time for less income and where a product is offered the operator is willing to lose a percentage of income….
This is true value to the purchaser
